A lovely rich mellow blue with just the right amount of mouth tingling sharpness. Made in a converted brewery near Tain, Strathdon has won many awards and is so good it will probably bag more. Definitely one for your ‘must try’ list.
What with A slice of this and a glass of Cotes de Bordeaux will show you what your tastebuds are for. Lovely melted into fusilli or with parma ham. Swap with Roquefort in a walnut and endive salad or bake with broccoli in a deliciously different quiche.
