A mature cheddar with mustard seeds and real ale. Creamy and full of flavour, but not too strong.
Y Fenni is the Welsh name for Abergavenny, the market town in mid Wales. Y Fenni cheese is a thing of wonder; moist and tangy with a nice bite of mustard seeds followed by a warm glow of real ale. The flavour is neither overpowering or underwhelming, but just right. Especially with a pint of beer on the side.
What with? Y Fenni is made for a ploughman's with good crisp lettuce and a crusty bap. It also melts very well; try it on a burger or a steak.
